Whilst wandering through Oxford we came upon the Oxford Covered Market, wow what an amazing place full of amazing high quality shops. This is where we passed Columbian Coffee Roasters, so it was time for a coffee. It’s certainly a popular place and once we got a coffee, we could see why, a beautifully rich and strong flat white, it was with the couple of minutes wait.
Popular with locals and tourists alike, and royalty, with pictures of Prince Charles and Camilla upon the wall. Having to wait for your coffee want ab bad thing as it gave you time to look around and see that it truly was a family business, from farm to cup. If you’re ever in Oxford GO!
